Last December, my family and I went to Cebu and their lechon is truly exceptional! We were ecstatic to find out that the famous Cebu lechon will be available in Manila. It’s really TDF.
It was opening day when we got there. The queue was very long and we waited for hours to get seated. The parking was a challenge, aside from the fact that there are a lot of customers who wanted to get a taste of the best pork ever, there’s a limited space for cars. It was a Sunday and almost time for dinner so it’s really toughie.
Aside from the original lechon, we also had Squid and Pinakbet to complement the fat that the lechon contains. Ordering the Pancit was quite a disappointment for it was very salty. But everything else fall into place well.
If you were to order some drinks, I suggest you order Pineapple Mint shake. It’s very delicious and refreshing. It’s not that sour, not that strong for pineapple flavor and it goes well with mint very much. A glass is very worth it for Php 100. The Kamias shake tastes fine too but Pineapple Mint was won me over.
They’ve got a restroom with some reminders. And you might want to take them seriously.
Having courteous staffs, hygienic surroundings and dining place and a homey ambiance, Zubuchon is a definitely a place I recommend. Moreover, you’ll leave the place fully satisfied but it won’t hurt your budget!
